Dr. Narayanan is the Associate Dean for Outreach in the College of Agriculture, Biotechnology and Natural Resources and the Nevada Agricultural Experiment Station. He is a Professor of Applied Economics and Statistics. He has a doctorate degree in Economics from Utah State University. His job responsibilities include statewide networking with agricultural producers, coordinating programs with state, local and federal government agencies and developing opportunities for international programs.
